1. Appointment Booking & Verification

Submitting a request through our booking wizard does not guarantee a locked appointment slot. Our scheduling department will review your requested date, service, and timing, and contact you via your provided phone number or email address to finalize and officially confirm your slot.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

In respect of our board-certified dermatologists and restorative dental specialists, we request that cancellations or rescheduling requests be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation slot. This allows us to offer the slot to patients on our waitlist.

3. Medical Advisory Disclaimer

The general educational descriptions of our laser hair removal, botox, veneers, or orthodontic services published on this platform are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute diagnostic medical advice. A full clinical examination and skin/dental analysis are mandatory during your in-person visit before any clinical procedure is scheduled.
